Can anyone tell me what it means when your left ears burning/ringing?!

Seriously, it means that you need to decrease your exposure to loud sounds.
You could have wax in you're ear, don't try and remove it, you should never put anything in you're ear's. Or you could have an infection, it could probably be nothing much, it depend's how much it is hurting you, if at all. It's best to get it checked out with you're G.P.
