My daughter's stinky feet...?!

Question: My daughter is 10 and has very bad smelly feet. I have tried everything, from buying new shoes, new socks, foot sprays/powders, etc. and nothing seems to help. What are some suggestions in order to keep her feet from smelling? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Good hygiene. Wash using an antibacterial soap, rinse and dry her feet well. Even better to leave the feet exposed to air for a few minutes to ensure that most of the moisture had evaporated.

Lightly dust feet with baking soda, put on a fresh pair of socks and shoes.

Everyday, rotate her shoes (have several pairs) so that each pair has a chance to completely dry. Place the shoes under indirect sunlight to further dry and eliminate odor.

Also soak the socks overnight in soapy water in order to completely remove any odor prior to washing it.

this might sound kinda nasty but ive heard that if u pee on ur feet while in the shower it will gradually go away

it is so weird but my feet never stink!!! lol try to make sure her shoes have good ventilation keep buying the sprays....when i was younger my feet always smelt bad....i am not sure what happened...lol maybe it will happen to her!

soak them daily.

Go t the health foodstore and they should have something. There is a rubbing rock on the market somewhere that may help. Be sure to allow her feet to breath often.

when i was 10 my feet stank!
and it was because i used to wear my trainers without any socks on when i went out playing, so my trainers stank and made my feet stinky!

so always make sure she wears socks with her shoes!!

Change your socks on a regular basis.
If you do get sweaty feet, a cheap and easy home remedy is to wipe them clean with cotton wool dipped in surgical spirit.
Allow shoes to dry out between use and don
