I have the most spectacular case of trapped wind, what can I do?!

Question: Releasing said wind is not an option.

Answers: Releasing said wind is not an option.

Let the winds blow or you'll end up like a horse with a bad case of colic.

Release!

stomach massage with body lotion

are you talking about gas????

You must get it out to avoid discomfort!!

Lie down and stretch your arms fully above your head as far as they can go. Sretch your legs out. Riiiiiiiiiiip

Drink some hot water with a little sugar, it helps to flush you out. Try and release it by going into another room and (this sounds gross) but spreading you 'cheeks' and when the wind is released it wont make a sound.
Good Luck!

I get it. Pain and discomfort , Best is Rennies Deflatine, releases the pressure without obvious occurences.

Releasing is the only option, get some beano and go for a walk. Also it is not wind, but gas, and is not trapped! The fart will fly sometime! Might as well do it on your terms...take the walk!

Burnt toast. Has charcoal. Absorbs gas.

try a glass of hot water with some sugar in it
old wife's tale but it does work

go buy some settlers tums. they look and taste like mini refreshers and work really quickly.

Buy some Charcoal Tablets. They'll break it up in your stomach!

LIE ON YOUR BACK AND MASSAGE YOUR TUMMY STARTING ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF BELLY BUTTON GOING ALL THE WAY AROUND YOUR TUM TO LOWER LEFT SIDE OF BUTON REPEAT A FEW TIMES, IT GETS BOWEL MOVING AND YOU'LL BE SORTED IN A FEW MINUTES ( WORKS FOR CONSTIPATION TOO )

better out than in!

Take MyLicon or Gas-X. Both prevent gas from being formed. Chew them before eating.
Also charcoal pills prevent the "LOVELY"odor.

buy a kite
