Is minor stuttering (I block) normal if it comes and goes?!

Question: I was never born a stutterer. I started stuttering in 4th grade. It was very little. It started when I had to take a test where I had to read as fast as I could out loud for a whole minute.
Ever since that I started stuttering.
It comes and goes a lot and changes (one year i don't stutter a certain word, the next, it gets better, but a different word i start stammerin)
It disappears over the summer/spring break/christmas break

Will i outgrow it i'm turning 13 in a month.

It sounds stress related. You need to work on this, because it is a nervous tick as opposed to being a speech impediment or a brain injury (the other 2 options for stuttering causes). You will need to find a de-stressing technique that works for you. (A long breath, meditation, humor, anything to break the tension).
Another thing that will help you is to realize that it is ok to have a break in your sentence. It's ok to stop talking, take a breath and start again slowly.
You can get past this. If you are really worried about it talk to the guidance councelor or a parent. Worrying will just make it worse as it is stress related.
