Help me get rid of this headache!!!?!
Question: I flew home yesterday it was a 4 hr flight and on the decent my sinuses hurt so much i was in tears. This has happened before however and the next day it is gone and all is well. This time however i have developed a serious headache, i took advil and decongestants, they did nothing i had to take a t3 to sleep it did not help the pain it just knocked me out n today i have take advil and sinutab and nothing helps the pain. It runs behind my eyes, in my temples and forehead. I just want to know if there is anything i can do or take because i can't focus and it kills! please help:(

Sinus pain is a real bugger. Try breathing in steam (being careful not to burn yourself). This will help to liquify any mucus It is quite possible that you have a sinus infection since decongestants and anti-inflammatories haven't helped, so I would recommend getting it checked by a doctor. They could give you antibiotics if you need them.
It doesn't sound like a migraine - they are usually only on the one side of the head and often better after sleeping. From your description I think the problem is to do with the sinuses.
Take an Excedrin Tension Headache or Excedrin Migraine. Helps within a half hour
You might have a migraine. I get migraines alot and I went to a headache doctor, he gave me medicine that actually worked.
