Hi there!
Ok...it depends on how deep they are.
(I should not be telling you this) however, find a fine needle (the needle of a syringe would be perfect). Disinfect it keeping it on a flame.
Scratch very lightly the area above the splinter (if it deep). hook the splinter using the sharp tip of the needle (very delicately), and gently pull the splinter out.

If the splinter is partially out of the skin, use tweezers.

If you are having difficulties, use a magnifying glass (and someone to hold it!).

If it is too big, or too deep, or you can't remove it, go to A&E. Splinters may give you nasty infections. Even tetanus (which is really bad news).

sewing needle... jeez im a miracle worker! best of luck!

Sterilize a needle and go get it!

Get tweezers and work it out. If you don't, it may stay under your skin and get infected... which... um.... sucks.

I hate those man! It depends how far down. If its way far down but manageable then use a knife to get it out. But if its really far down and it looks too deep then have a doctor get it out. But just dont leave it in there too long because it might get infected.

Drawing cream or drawing lotion something like magnoplasm you can get from every pharmacy. How it works is it draws the foreign object to the surface, it may take a few days to work though!

i dont know what you mean by fester, but keep the sight clean and infection free. just under the skin isnt deep (level of skin = blister level ,which aint too bad). use a warm needle to gouge it out, it wont really hurt, but leaving it in risks infections

i also once has a splinter at school, it was under my skin.. i cut open my skin with my teeth =x, it was on my finger

anyways.. if its pickable-out try a needle

use a torch, 20 minutes

yep!!!! airdog is a miracle worker, he beat me to it.
