Question: well my eyes are facing like more up then other ppl (like sort of the eyes that u get when ur stoned) and i get teased about it.... and im just seeing if there is any way i could get my eyes to be at normal level????

There could be lots of reasons for this. if your vision is OK but it's just how your eyes look that bothers you, go and see your doctor as a first step. If your vision gives you problems go to an optician first and ask for a referral to a specialist eye surgeon.
SEE an optometrist!!! (An EYE Doctor)!
Don't MESS with 'Answers' from 'amateurs'... (no offense meant to anyone)... But, your EYES are nothing to PLAY with... GO SEE A DOCTOR... who KNOWS how to help you, instead of someone's 'opinion'!
