you are better of steaming your face leering in a bowl/sink with a towel over your head with some olbas oil/ eucalyptus oil in the water...have you breathing correct again in no time...
works fast!! i use it and in twenty minutes im feeling amazingly better. I believe that is the best cold medicine!!
