Stressed out?!


Question: I've been working on an assignment all this march break, and with only 2 more days, i'm getting worried. I'm almost done the assignment, but how am i supposed to finish 3 chapters of physics, english (2 scenes from ceaser), my assignment on a diesease?
I have a bad habit of having break downs and panic attacks.

i really need to know how to deal with this stress.
i need serious answers.

Do the one worth the most points now, then break up your work into sections. Do the disease thing first [[it sounds important]] then split up the time you have left for the other thigns. Like give an hour for each section of physics, then spend the rest on english. Or flip flop. Just plan your time. Staying up late to do work would help too.

For stress take a long hot bath/shower, get in comfy clothes, sleep in late, or take a nap [[inside your time managment]]

Ugh ive had that feeling a number of times hun. It sucks, doesnt it? I cried over it too. I get myself so stressed out. What really works though, is taking your time. Start with what you think will take the longest and then go from there. Listen to music that relax's you and avoid all stresful people or thoughts. Stay off of AIM or your cell phone and just do work. It will come a lot easier to you once you start not stressin. Just breathe, take a 5 minute break like every hour and drink lots of water.

You can do it, i'm sure youll do great too.
