trust me you need tears to keep your eyes clean or else you could damage them or get an infection.
Of course, everyone cries sometimes, whether they will admit to it or not.
Most guys I know personally will not cry in front of people (neither will I, if I can help it) because they are afraid of being seen as weak or less masculine, but neither are true.
All people feel sad, angry, or a sense of loss sometimes. Everyone deals with things in their own way, and sometimes crying is the best outlet. It is not healthy to hold your emotions in if you are hurting--go ahead and cry; it may make you feel better.
Everyone needs to cry at times--just like we all need to laugh, too! :)

yes its perfectly fine, every human being scientifically has a lacrimal... whenever there is an avalanche of emotions, it gets activated and ther is prodction of tears. so, its normal to cry in that sense.
socially,,, people think its odd for men to cry..... coz these situations are rare. But when a man cries... people around understand the gravidy of situation and support better.
so my friend.... its alright to cry.... but , i suggest you to holdback in public...coz in public, acc. to me, even women shoud not cry.
