This might sound strange but cry because crying is a good stress reliever. When I was stressed I just relaxed and breathed slowly and deeply. Have a hot bath and relax in the bath.

Keep a positive attitude.

* Accept that there are events that you cannot control.
* Be assertive instead of aggressive. "Assert" your feelings, opinions, or beliefs instead of becoming angry, combative, or passive.
* Learn to relax.
* Exercise regularly. Your body can fight stress better when it is fit.
* Eat well-balanced meals.
* Rest and sleep. Your body needs time to recover from stressful events.
* Don't rely on alcohol or drugs to reduce stress.

How can I learn to relax?
There are a number of exercises that you can do to relax. These exercises include breathing, muscle and mind relaxation, relaxation to music, and biofeedback. A few that you can try are listed below. First, be sure that you have:

1. A quiet location that is free of distractions.
2. A comfortable body position. Sit or recline on a chair or sofa.
3. A good state of mind. Try to block out worries and distracting thoughts.

Take one day to clear things out or take 10 minutes to calm thy self and empty your mind. Be efficient and try not to think about all the things you have to do next. :)

Try to lighten your school load a bit to take some edge off.
If that is not possible you have to make sure you do something you find enjoyable at least 3 times a week. If you like to work out, go to the gym, or go to a movie, take a walk, listen to music.

You need to introduce something pleasing in your life to take the edge off.

All work and no play.....
Makes Jack an edgy boy.

we can't remove the common things that is happening everyday. all of us undegoing the same thing. But, the best thing that you can do eventhough you are too busy don't forget to give time for yourself to makes you relax and calmn. giving time to i=ourself can helps us release tensions... example going to malls, eating in a food chain and buy things that you really wanted... do it all alone... you can also go to spa and let yourself be massage all over your body you can have a yoga too and after all the things that you do all alone don't forget to go to church and pray for the relaxation deep within you. you what that is really helpful and you can do all the paper works with a smile in your face.. do it once a month or twice a month .
