I get REALLY sick after running? anyone know the reason?!

Question: Whenever I have gym class, even after 2 laps around the field at a slow jog, i feel very weak for about 3 hours, and then i get REALLY sick for the rest of the night and am vomiting multiple times. I throw up once, then i feel okay for about a half hour, then i throw up more until i fall asleep (which is extremely hard because i feel like hurling the whole time). then when I wake up i'm better.

Does anyone know the reasno? this really makes no sense because I dance 10 hours a week and i dance INTENSELY and get insanely out of breath but i never get sick from it. thanks for any info you have I'm very confused.

Also, I went to the doctors' and got a blood test, and my blood is completely normal. My father was born with a missing valve so i got heart exams too and that is also fine.

I'm so confused so any information would be very helpful and appreciated.

make sure you're eating and sleeping properly, at the right times. eat healthy and give yourself time to digest the food before you have to run, but not so much time that you lose energy. if it's making you that sick and you can't fix it get a parent/doctor to write a note excusing you from strenuous activity during gym class. it should not be making you feel that sick.

good question, u should go to the doctor!

make shure you are eating healthy

Well, maybe you are pushing yourself a little to hard, even if you are jogging at a safe pace. Do not eat before running, that might help.

I'm pretty sure you're vomiting because of what you're eating before you have gym class.

I was about to say you might have a heart condition but apparently you have had that checked? When do you eat compared to when you run and do your dancing?? If you eat before a workout it can cause intense nausea, without going into depth about nervous systems, exercise and digestions are opposite. Your body cant do both at the same time, So if you eat or drink to much water, your body will get rid of it in order to run. and it could cause illness. That is the only thing I can think of since you are active in other things. Does your Doctor know these symtoms are continuing?

after running you should be somewhat tired depending on your run (time, mileage you put in)....
The body is normally energized unless you have pushed your self to the limit...

I suggest you make another appointment with your Doctor

p.s drink plenty of water if your are running

it's probably because you aren't eating right. make sure you eat 2-3 hours before excersize. eat something healthy like an apple or a sandwich.
it could also be because your body is not used to working out as hard as you've been pushing yourself. eventually, youre body will get used to it.

just make sure you're eating the right things at the right times.
oh & make sure you are drinking enough water. that could also be the problem.
