I have horrible sharp pains in my stomach?!

Question: Whenever I eat, particularly when I eat something hot, I get really bad pains in my stomach! do you know what this could be, or if I should go to the doctor? I had my baby in December by c-section if that has anything to do with it?
please help!

Hi there....shouldn't have anything to do with having a baby in December or any other time.

However, has everything to do with possible ulcers!

You should not be getting any kind of pain in your stomach when you eat whether it is hot or cold. Please see your doctor. They may want to do an endoscope and look around your stomach or they may just want to try you on some medicine like Nexium for a while and see if that helps.

At any rate, pain of any kind is an abnormal feeling. This is the body's built in warning that something is wrong. Please have it checked out for your sake and that brand new little one's!!

Good luck
I am and RN

i get sharp pinching pains in my tummy sometimes to. i think it happens when i eat something hard to digest. try eating something soft and not to acidy.

This could be many things, but one might be acid reflux. I have severe acid reflux disease and before I began meds it was unbearable to eat anything. Now I'm on a medication permanently, but it has resolved my problems completely...I'm very fortunate. However, this may or may not be the case for you. You should definitely see your doctor as soon as possible. It could be acid reflux, an ulcer, or something else entirely. Good luck and I hope you feel better soon :)

im only 13 but you could be having cramps and it might be a sideffect of something important. so you should go to the docter. once again im only 13
