Think yourself Tall.
Feel proud walk tall like a giraffe or(LOL)
Exercise your back and stomach muscles help to strengthen your torso :)

Just make a conscious effort to walk tall and proud - head up shoulders back.
get your posture fixed
sit up straight lol
Always sit up and tell everyone around you to tell you when you are slouching
By consciously trying to get in the habit of proper posture. Make an effort to not rest against seat backs whenever you're sitting is a good start. Move deliberately when you stand and walk, take careful note of posture when you move. In time, it will become second nature. Good luck.
When standing, imagine you are carrying a large book on your head.
Have a mother like I did! (Constantly, "Stand up straight!") It must have worked because I do have good posture as an adult.
Just walk and sit as if there is a hook coming out of the top of your head.
