My friend passed away last night, how long will it be until his funeral?!
Question: He passed away last night from an "accidental overdose" of morphine pills and xanax. I was wondering long is it going to take until he has his wake/funeral? Seeing how he's going to have to have an autopsy/etc.

I would imagine that the viewing and funereal will take place in the next three days or so. I'm sorry to hear about your friend.
Unless they have to do a big autopsy, the funeral is usually within 3 days.
