eating poorly will do that , alot of fast food ect try just fruit and chicken and only steamed veggies that should help or pepto bismol for the time being
Sounds like the flu, take a good crap, an anti acid, and aspirin and go to sleep.

dizzy = dehydrated? possibility of stroke or MI? vertigo?
stomach ache = gastroenteritis? gi bleed? ulcers?
bad gas = bowel obstruction? constipation?
etc. etc.
Go to your local doctor for further work up.
