Hubby snores....BAD! Anyone have an home remedies?!

Question: My husband is a very productive snorer. I don't know if nasal strips work. I am looking for any suggestions. I am heading back home in a few weeks and I would like to get rid of my sleepless nights. Thanks

It might be worth having him checked for a sleep apnea, especially if he stops breathing even for brief periods.

My husband is a shocking snorer, but after having nasal surgery his snoring is not quite as bad.

Some suggested nasal strips, which are fairly good another thing is Stop snore, also try to raise the head of the bed, or sew 3 tennis balls into his PJ's top or into a clean sock and place in the bed.

My daughters boyfriend uses Stop snore, which they both swear by, (he is worse than my husband and we can hear from the other end of the house).

buy nasal strips

put your finger in his nose then after you pull it out, put that same finger in his mouth.

cheetos in the nostrils. I learned that from a commercial...

but seriously, nasal strips

they don't work. He needs too see a Doctor

I find a good kick in the nads helps.

try strangulation...........

every time he snores smack him on the head ... he sounds like a porker

Those breathe right strip things.

does a chicken have lips?

Just have him see his family doctor. Could be a number of reasons. Try googling it.

he should see a doctor.
my dad had the same problem

it has mainly to do with breathing problems.
heshould participate in a sleep study if the doctor recommends it.

Nasal strips can help. If its really bad, get him a new pillow. One designed with snorers in mind. Mine made all the difference in the world. My wife says I hardly ever snore nowadays. She bought it online. Couldn't tell you the name of it though. I think the brand is Hometics.

I think you should check your warranty and make sure that you haven't done anything to void it. Chances are when you got married it was one of those "as is" deals.

I got rid of my snoring with the "breath right" strips. Then I lost 40lbs and didn't need the strips anymore.

sleep in another room after he falls asleep.

WEIGHT LOSS.

if he's not overweight i don't know what to tell you.
