What all could cause low sodium levels ? ( star to everyone who answers with a l!

Question: I have low sodium levels even after doing a high sodium diet and taking 24 salt tablets over two days. My doctor is suppose to call me Thursday and talk to me about everything plus my other test results. I was wondering what could cause low sodium levels, even after such high dosage's of sodium.

What all could cause low sodium levels not including , dehydration, diuretics, and the more common things ?
I am just wanting to know somethings that are less common, and read about them since I know I am not any of the common things-

Wow! There are a lot of reasons for low soduim. Try this website, scroll down and you'll find several reasons. I think you really need to wait for your doctor to call regarding your test results though because you might worry yourself thinking the worst. It sounds like there is treatment.

EAT MORE POTATO CHIPS!

If you drink a lot of water, that could flush the sodium out of your system. I used to have to do dialysis , PD, and my sodium level would often be low.

drinking lots of water washes the salts from your body.being dehydrated does not make your sodium low , it would make it more concentrated so you would be higher.exercising a lot and not replacing the salt in your body.there is a lot of medication that makes your sodium drop.but sometimes the body goes through a stressful time and uses more.wait for your results and make sure you question your Dr.
