It doesn't work. If it's chronic terrible pain, it will not work. Trust me, from experience with Tramadol, it has never worked for me. I have a condition that causes chronic pain and it has never helped me. Sorry, but it's true. Maybe ask your Dr. for something else if it really doesn't help.
