Chest cold?!
Question: my boyfriend is complaining about a chest cold, he keeps having to clear his throat. he says hedoesnt feel sick or anything he just feels like he has to clear his throat.
what can he do to relieve this and/or get rid of it?

Sometimes simple cough drops or longes will take care of it. But sometimes he needs to get some steam going in the bathroom. He can do this when he is starting to take a shower and get the room full of steam, then go in there, take his shower, and by that time it should have helped him somewhat. Also, peppermint drops will help sometimes. If it continues, he will need to see a doctor for he may have allergies or asthma and need an inhaler.

I've been told to try honey and ground cinnamon. Mix a T of honey and a tsp of ground cinnamon.
I haven't tried it, but my friend SWEARS by it.
Even If it doesn't work, it won't have any side effects like OTC medicines may have!
