How to get rid of a headache ?!

Question: Without taking pills/medicine . I have this really bad headache . I think I got it from the cold . It's 40 degrees outside w/ rain & hail, and my track coach had us practice outside . And i had capri length sweats and a t shirt on (I forgot a hoodie) . So I think that might've caused the headache . But how can I get rid of it quickly ? I'm about to take a hot shower, will that help ?
