Why do you get a headache if you don't eat or sleep too much?!

Question: Good question. Too much sleep is just as bad for you as not enough. I notice when I sleep to much my eyes hurt and if I don't eat I feel bad and get a nice headache. Not really sure why it causes your head to hurt tho. :-)
