Unbexplained fever, nausea, fatigue?!

Question: Yesterday As I was travelling back home, I felt tired and had nausea on the flight. I got home and I had a mild fever and fatigue and chills and the nausea continued . I drank lemonade and slept directly. The next day I woke up just fine. what could that be?

What they call the 24 hour flu, or a mild stomach virus. Could also have just been something you ate, or even a slight reaction to flying.....flying makes some people feel sick.
