I am SOOO sick, should i drink LOTS of milk water ect.???!


Question: would it be good or bad for me to do that?
i have a sore throat, fever, cough and the snifflies.
any ideas?

do not drink milk, especially if your stomach is upset, drink lots and lots and lots of water, and make sure it is good water. Remember the body is 90% water.

more water than milk

no milk... water, tea, and gatorade is good.

age doesn't matter. Just drink a lot of natural juices such as orange juice, for the vitamins. and a lot of water. Lay off the milk for a while since it has a lot of fat, and lactose.

it depends on what illness you have. Search your symptoms up on www.webmd.com. you can find your illness and thing to do to make it feel better.

I would avoid milk till you feel better. Vitamin C can help you get better faster. Drink plenty of orange juice, and water. It's important to keep yourself hydrated when running a fever. Chicken soup sounds like a good idea too.

You should probably just drink water, or gingeralle. Sorry I don't know how to spell that. I don't know why people think it's good to drink Gatorade for when you are sick. It's just loaded with sugar. Just drink water and rest, you'll probably get better soon!
