Left side of neck/shoulderblade?!

Question: The left side of my neck is stiff and hurts when I move. When I look the left I get pain in my shoulderblade. Anything I can do to relieve the pain?

Try taking 600-800 mg. of Ibuprofen for the pain. Unless you injured it, it is probably sleeped wrong on it, or it maybe stress related. Keep trying to stretch out the area, and if the pain becomes worse, then you may want to seek further medical treatment. Also try a heating pad to relax the muscle as well as a hot shower.
