On average how long do germs last on objects such as doorknobs?!

Question: im jus a bit paranoid...thats all.

Answers: im jus a bit paranoid...thats all.

Depends on the "germs". Some can live on surfaces for months.
The good news is that all those anti-bacterial soaps and hand sanitizers are leading to the development of more resistant "germs". Your best bet is good old, soap and water.

If you get paranoid, don't wipe down every surface within reach unnecessarily. There will be "germs" on every surface, but not all of them are harmful. If you remove the friendly ones, then you have emptied the area of competition and the less-than-friendly ones can take over.

Wash your hands regularly with soap and water (...did I say that already?), and use a lotion out of a pump dispenser. The pump will keep you from accidentally contaminating your lotion supply, and the lotion will keep you hands moist so the "germs" have less space to make a home in the cracks and crevices of you hand and fingerprint.

Wash your hand regularly with soap and water, and keep them away from your mouth/nose/eyes.

good question, i'm sure we've all seen those lysol commercials that try to freak us out
