The issue with researching any information on marijuana is that so many sources are biased. Either for the drug or against the drug.

Well, the act of smoking is NEVER good for you, so when ingesting it in that method, yes of course it isn't good for your lungs.
Other than that it's a very safe drug and you CAN'T overdose on it, it's not a gateway drug because it doesn't leave you with a feeling of desire to find your "next high", it's not physically addictive, it doesn't kill brain cells (the act of smoking can have negative effects on brain cells due to lack of oxygen reaching the brain, but the same effects can be observed by holding your breath for an extended period of time.
Yes cigarettes are worse. Alcohol is worse and many other legal substances are much worse. Weed is the ONLY illegal drug I use and support the use of.
If you smoke weed, don't drive. I don't care what people say, your reaction times and awareness are hindered, therefor your driving can be a hazard.
