Have a problem about waking up in the morning??!

Question: Hi,
I have a problem about when I get up for school. When my alarm goes off, I turn it off, and by accident fall back asleep, but have no memory of doing this. I actually didn't go to school today, because of this problem. Both of my parents go to work in the morning, and have left by the time I get up, and they work far from my house. I don't know what to do. I have to go to school.
Thanks for your help!

I used to have this problem too... I think it's because you're so tired when the alarm goes off that you don't even think about anything but sleeping so you turn it off... and you don't remember because you're so tired... just go to bed a little earlier... get more sleep

Set several alarms away from your bed so you have to get up to find them and that should do the trick. You are a heavy sleeper. Don't take sleep medicines at night. Go to bed earlier.

This happens to me too. I guess all you can do, is when your alarm goes off, just FORCE yourself out of bed. When you stand up, start walking around, go for a shower, you will feel natuarally awake.

That used to happen to me but not anymore because I am used to waking up early. What you can do is fall to sleep earlier than usual, and if that doesn't work, tell your parents to wake you up in the morning before they leave. This problem will eventually overcome! Good Luck!!

Your staying up too late or your just not getting enough sleep for sure.Try this,Get too much sleep once and see if it helps.Go to bed at 7p.m. and stay there no matter if you fall asleep or not.Try it.Cant hurt.My son was just like you with your problem. He doesn't go to bed at 7 but he isn't allowed distractions after that time and it has worked.

I used to put my alarm across the room so i would be forced to get up to turn it off.

Put the alarm clock away from the bed and set it on very loud, that way you have to get up and turn it off.
