What are some good healthy ways to keep myself awake?!


Question: I'm a student struggling with keeping myself awake to do school works. Other than energy drinks and sleeping, what are some (healthy) ways to keep myself awake?

have a cup of tea.......so ull be visiting d loo often...or jus take a walk afte every half hour or so.........

If you feel sleepy and want to wake up naturally, get down and do push ups. Even if you cant do many it will get your blood flowing and boast your energy levels naturally. This is something I used to do in the military and it really works. A walk around is a good idea as well. Doing these will also help you concentrate better instead of using caffeine witch can make you jittery and sometimes curb your concentration.

Eat plenty of green leafy vegies and get lots of exercise. Remember the old saying - energy makes energy. It is true. The more you move and exercise the more energy you will have to stay awake. "Brain food" like fish, bananas and spinach are great to keep you concentrating and absorbing knowledge.

Listening to music,not a slow music but fast and screaming music like some rap core, hard rock,metalcore,death head metal,black metal or any other metal.but that if you like metal genre.

u can have coffee or wash ur face when u feel sleepy.or u can also try doin yoga or any other workouts.

I get blunt matchsticks and wedge them in between the eye-bones which means you can't close your eyes. It hurts but works.
