I'm starting antibiotics tomorrow morning and I need advice on what to eat..!

Question: in the morning and evening when I take the pills? I want something light and healthy. Since the antibiotic must be consumed 12 hours apart, I'm taking one at 6 a.m. and one at 6 p.m.(I don't like to eat after 6 or 7). What's something healthy I can eat with my pills?

steamed kale with extra virgin olive oil.

idk but I do know not to comsume dairy products with an antibiotic or it will kill it.

I would eat whatever you normally do for breakfast, as long as it's something other than just coffee or tea. The main thing with antibiotics is just to get something in your tummy in case your body doesn't like it and makes you feel nauseated, but you shouldn't have any problems. Just have a bowl of cereal, toast, eggs...whatever sounds good as long as it's some substantial food.

Don't let the antibiotics stop you from eating what you normally eat. Just make sure you don't take them on an empty stomach though. Make sure you drink at least a glass of milk. It makes me feel nauseous when I don't eat before taking them.

Dairy products can inhibit certain antibiotics. The Calcium within dairy products can bind to certain antibiotics hence preventing it's absorption into the body. If you want, you can email me the drug and I can tell you wheather it will interact with your antibiotic.
