No. Unless you have been running around before you start talking to them. That happens to me sometimes when I am busy at home and then the phone rings. I have a lot to say, but it takes a min to come out!

only if i'm speaking really fast and saying a lot without much breathes in between. but no, you shouldn't just be out of breathe by talking normally. talk to your doctor about that.
