Omega 3 from ebay. Is it any good?!

Question: I have just purchased over 300 omega 3 1000mg capsules from ebay for a tenner. As a general rule I never buy any vitamins from ebay as you never know what you will get. But surely Fish oil is Fish oil? They are just in a clear bag not a container. Has anyone had any experience buying Omega 3 from ebay?

Personally I would never buy any supplements form Ebay. Who knows what could be in them? And if it's not in a sealed tamper proof container then avoid at all costs! Buy it from Tesco or Holland & Barrett, at leaset you know it's safe.

Don't buy that kind of thing over eBay, go to a shop and get it.
