B Vitamin Intolerant?!

Question: I've taken B Vitamin Supplements in the past to increase energy and to feel better but it seems on the 3rd or 4th day I get sick. I feel more sluggish, get headaches, and just get really sick! Yesterday I got terribly sick, severe headache, muscle ache, and vomiting. I realized that for the past 4 days I've been drinking this XS energy drink that is loaded with tons of all the B vitamins and I realized thats how I felt with the other 4 or so tries with B vitamins supplements in the past. I can't remember exactly which Brands I had tried, all with getting sick. Is this something I should be concerned with? I can't find much good research about the possibility of an intolerance or side-effects.

It's not the "B" vitamins you are sensitive to, it's the garbage they call "B" vitamins. That junk is just chemical activators made from coal tar. It actually damages your DNA and shortens your life. You are lucky you are sensitive to it. Those energy drinks are really bad news. They put your body into a high stress mode so you use up your pregnenalone stores and produce high amounts of the stress hormone, cortisol. They should be outlawed, but of course, in America, synthetic vitamins (chemical activators) are acceptable and the so called "scientific studies" that are nothing more than marketing tools used to convince people to eat dead, disgusting foods, lead to many diseases.

ALL "B" vitamin tablets on the market are made from the coal tar, except for one company that understands how bad this is for you. If you were intolerant to "B" vitamins, you would be constantly sick because the friendly bacteria in your intestines makes "B" vitamins and you get "B" vitamins in many foods.

You won't find good information on side-effects of the synthetic "B's" because ALL the companies make them the same way, coal tar. Ever look at your urine color after taking those things? It's yellow. You would be better off to just approach your toilet and say, "Oh great white telephone, I present you with this token to the sewer God" and dump them in. At least you would be healthier. Just try to find a "B" vitamin supplement that does not contain Magnesium Stearate. That is an immune suppressant, nutrient absorption inhibitor, and a Trans Fat. They put over 5% of Mag Stearate in the total milligram content of the pill. 5% of 1,000 mg. = 50 mg. of Trans Fat in each pill. Yuk. Now their quality claims don't seem so good, eh?

good luck to you

yes some times you do feel sick and nauseaous when you take the higher dose means exess amount. so try one thing rather then taking the suppliment daily..take it on alternate days. also dont take cafenated things like tea and cofee right before and after the supliment. dont take vitamen b in night time it can cause insomnia. another very important thing always take vitamen b between food.
