Is it bad........?!

Question: is it bad if you lose weight quickly? like a couple pounds overnight, then throughout the day lose a little?

I do eat, im not anorexic or balimic or anything, but i can eat only like 2 bites of food and i'll get full. Im 125 ibs, 14 years old, 5'4", and i play soccer, we have been running a lot, but not quite everyday, but exercising, yeah. If you need any other information, ask me and i'll answer you.
thank you

It can be very hard on your body to lose weight that quickly. But, there is also a chance that these few pounds are more of water-weight changes. You should weigh yourself at the same time everyday and only once a day because it is normal for your weight to go up and down during the day (from liquids and food and waste removal).

If you are only eating a few bites of food - you need to really make those calories count... meaning eat really healthy and possibly higher calorie foods (healthy ones though). At your age and with your level of physical activity it is okay that your weight is changing, but you can do serious damage to your body if you are not giving it proper 'fuel' or nutrition.

If you continue to lose weight rapidly, tell your parents or the school nurse or someone who can help you. This could be a sign of a health problem and you would want to be checked out to make sure you are in good shape :) Good luck!

To lose weight OVER NIGHT and throughout the day is most likely the sign of something bad.. But you might be exaggerating, so I don't know.

yes thats bad and sooner or later it will lead to anorexia. Even though its hard, FORCE yourself to eat more than 2 bites.
