My ears wont pop?!
Question: my ears just randomly poped today and now they wont unpop im a little bit sick and they poped while i was walking up a really not steep hill and 2 days after going swimming so if any one knows how to unpop ears or knows why mine poped please answer =]

When I had ear infections, my ears would stop up and wouldn't pop. My grandma told me to use my hands as a suction cup.
Chewing gum or food at the back of your mouth usually can help regulate your ears.
Chew gum. That's what my doctor says. Trident in particular.
I get that all the time too. I just yawn, or constantly clean my ears... but it never seems to work so idk
