Eating disorder? pale and sweaty?!

Question: i think i have developed an eating disorder. I sleep all day , just in bed, i dont have any motivation , i just stay in all day till about dinner time then i get up and eat as much crap as possible. I then feel sick so i dont eat the rest of the nite, i just drink lots and take some caffine tablets. I then suffer from contipation so i take laxitives and some more tablets. I feel clean after i do this. I then sleep after my dinner. So in other words i have one meal a day but lately ive tried to push it by not eating all day and drinking caffine. I feel really excited but a week ago i had palipatations and i felt faint. I have since returned to eating 3 meals a day but this now i feel hungry 24/7. Its as if im in shock or something. My friends noticed my change and keep telling me i might have damaged my heart through fasting in this way. Will i burn out? i mean what do i do? My doc will think im a nut if i tell him this. I like my figuire its not about body image its about stress

The new change may be a side effect of caffeine withdrawal; it increases your metabolism so without it you need more food to maintain regular energy levels, etc. Replacing food with caffeine just enhances the process as your body has nothing else to gain energy from

I stopped taking caffeine tablets for a while (I've never been able to sleep at night, they help me stay awake in the day) and got simmilar side effects but they wore off within a week or so as my body adjusted

Keep with 3 meals a day, get at least 6 hours of sleep a night and ask your doctor to perscribe something for the stress (you don't have to tell them about the eating, etc. if you don't want to but it may help for your doctor to explain the effects of this kind of diet fully)

I know you think your doctor will think your a nut, but here's the thing, eating disorders are DISEASES. Not communicable really, like chickenpox, but they are still diseases. Speak with your doctor immediately, and tell them EVERYTHING. You are putting your life at risk by not doing so. Please. You might want to even consider going to the emergency room. Please. . .

its probably a lack of nutrition.
try eating healthier foods and vitamins.
drink alot of water and eat three times a day

flu!!
hope you feel better.

To me it sounds like you are suffering of depression/possible eating disorder. When ever food is a problem whether it be to much or to little its a problem. You need to seek help but honestly I don't know where to send you maybe tell a friend or parent.

i am exactly the same, i sleep all day and am awake all night. and i used to have them symptoms, it's mostly fatigue and lack of proper nutrients in your body.

the way i combat it now is, i dont eat any junk food. make a few sandwiche's wrapped in cling film for the night. and a flask of tea. have one meal when i wake up (around 5pm) and take multi vitamins with iron. and drink plenty of water.

you should go to sleep right now but keep your phone next to you, and maybe if there is anyone else in the house tell them that your not feeling good.

drink some water, and a sugery drink and sleep. and lick a little salt. and maybe take some painkillers like paracetimol.
