Yes, you have insomnia which is defined as disordered sleep.

Pls try some of these For good sleep hygiene:
Wake up & go to sleep the same time everyday.
Do deep breathing: Inhale thru nose, exhale thru mouth; rest. Do each for a count of 3. Do 5 minutes at a time.
Have a regular bedtime routine.
Before bed try to drink teas like Traditional Medicinals' "Nighty Nite" or Celestial Seasons "Sleepytime" teabags.

DO NOT stay on computer past midnight. It's too stimulating.
If you have a lot on your mind, write them down on a sheet of paper & leave the thoughts on the paper for the night.
If you wake up, & can't get back to bed in 20 minutes, get out of bed...read something boring, watch TV, etc.; when you feel tired go back to bed.

At your age you ought to be getting 8-9 hours of sleep.
If you are too anxious it might be helpful to discuss your anxiety with a therapist or counselor.

Lack of sleep can cause slowed responses, loss of concentration & attention span, not being conscious of these problems.

Take a good multi vitamin/mineral.

I hope your father will allow you to get the help you need.

Good luck

Try not to eat or drink any thing with caffeine. Also, do not do any exercise just before going to bed. Try reading about thirty minutes before tying to go to sleep.

If you continue to experience problems sleeping you need to get your parents to take you to the doctor. You must get enough rest in order to function properly.

If the problem is serious enough, your doctor may want to prescribe something to get your sleep patten back into a normal routine. Sometimes our sleep patterns get off schedule and you need help with medicine to help.

try to have a consistent bedtime routine, for example set a time that you'll hit the bed at 9pm always then try to make your room as comfortable as possible, no unnecessary noise or light to help you relax and get ready to sleep
