The injections you can feel, but not that much, kinda like when somebody pinches you.
After that, you feel absolutely nothing at all, they'll probably make a small cut on your toe to make sure of that, but trust me, you won't feel it. When they're removing the nail, you feel nothing at all either. And once done, you can pretty much walk as normal, just a little slower. You won't be able to play any sports, or run much, but it won't hurt that much. And after about 2/3 weeks (depending on how long it takes for you to feel confortable with it) you'll be able to do everything as normal again.
Infact, the next day it'll probably just be a bit sore, but thats all. Wearing normal shoes shouldn't be a problem either.
Annnnnd, you shouldn't have to keep your feet elivated the whole time after the op, just when your not on your feet. Thats just to help the healing tho.

In other words, don't worry about it! The pinch of the injection is probably the only bit of pain you'll feel at all, and even thats hardly anything.

Hope it helps!

I would ask the doctor who is performing this operation to explain that for you. Medical professionals are the only people qualified to answer such questions.

ok smae thing happend to me when i was 8 i dropped a 5 gallon full of sand on my toe nail and had to get it removes
1.the dont really hurt
2.All you really feel is a little purser but it does not hurt
3.you probly wont be able to wear normal shoes till the toe nail starts to come back
4.mine did but its differnt for everyone i couldnt work on it either
5.all i did was lay down and put my feet up on the arn rest of the ocuch and that was good enoguh fo me

The Doctor who is doing it will ask you if you have any questions tomorrow. Put it this way they're not going to hurt you and you'll feel better for having it done.
