How many bowel movements did you have today?!

Question: I was told that you should have at least once a day, otherwise
the poisons back up into your system. Regular means different to each person. I once went in the morning after oat meal and or later after dinner...........but it depends on how much you eat and
your person.

If you eat a heavy lunch, you get sleepy. Reason your
system is working to digest your food. Inside your bowel
track, there are 3 days of work up deposits. So when you
eat, the dump you make, was put in almost 3 days ago.
Depends on how active your system is.
I have a over active bowel, this means my system is out
of control and it keeps me up at night. So I have to plan
my eating to save my sleep.

I hope this helps.
