Nausea, loss of appetite, migraine?!
Question: For the last few days, I have had a terrible migraine (plus vertigo that has kept me from driving lately), nausea (but I haven't vomited yet), loss of appetite and the feeling that if I eat I'll vomit, I have been sneezing & coughing, and I have hot flashes even if my hands are ice cold. I have been under stress lately, but I'm not sure that stress is the reason I have all these symptoms. Someone please help me figure out what's wrong with me...

Sounds like virus/ flu &/or ear/sinus infection.
Also Vertigo (where the room seems to be spinning) is usually caused by an inner ear infection (the balance center).
This can cause headache, nausea, loss of appetite.
You may be under stress, but it would not cause sneezing.
