For comfort...how should your work desk be organized?!

Question: Another question....I have an "L" shaped desk with drawers on the sides. I have rearranged my desk several times and I can't find a position that is comfortable. I am trying to start using correct posture b/c my back hurts so much (nothing wrong with it, just bad posture) What would be a good place for my computer on my desk at work (I am at it 7 hours a day) How far away should it be from me? How close should my keyboard be? Where should my elbows rest at? How high or low should my chair be (it has arms on both sides) I am asking all these questions b/c I find it hard to maintain a good posture while sitting, I think it has to do with my desk set up. Thank you!!!

You need to set it up for your particular comfort.
Put your phone on the side of your body that you usually answer it with.
Put computer next to it.
Distance should be so your shoulders are comfortable and your wrists are at end of keyboard. Get wrist pad. Your wrist should be a bit less than 90*.
Height: Your eyes ought to be toward top of screen so you don't strain your neck & so your back is straight.

You should give your eyes a break every 20 minutes.
Every half hour stand up & stretch.
