I am sad/depressed....and it makes me sick to my stomach?!

yes ... depression isn't just mental ... there are physical problems as well. stomach, headache, aches in general.
get out of the house. go on a walk. listen to some music. relax. talk to someone.
feel better.

go outside and kiss someone

get medication - it helps

Cranking the stereo and singing my guts out while im in my car always cheers me up. Meet a friend that you can vent to over coffee...realize all the good things in your life and be thankful for them. cheer up chief!

i think you should talk to a counselor and then see what is wrong with you... don't turn to drugs of any kind

yes Because when you are drepressed things like this accurs I suggest to walk outside and see if you can hang out with one of your friends good friend.

Well why are you sad? nausea is a symptom of depression... so is loss of appetite, sleep, etc.

Go see a psychiatrist if it is that bad..... if it's mild, just find your own path to what makes you happy.....

O.k. you are obviously having problems in your life. I would go to a psychiatrist and get some help. You might need medication or something but most likely you need to talk to someone.

It is a common symptom. Someone I know has depression and it makes him/her sick. You should try talking to someone ... it doesn't need to be a proffesional but just someone you trust and who will listen to you. Find out what is depressing you so much and try to deal with it. Medication does help in situations where talking doesn't cure the whole thing. You should seek help from a doctor... it might be something entirely different than depression that is making you sick. Just suck it up and get through the day. I've had weeks where I thought it would never get better but I just plowed ahead and things eventually got better.

One thing that works for me is burying myself in work so that I do not even have a second to think about personal things.

yes it is stress can cause many problems in your body you need to find the source and handle it before you get sicker. now it is just a sore tummy but it can eventually affect other organs and such

You should see a medical professional. Some symptoms of depression are physical discomforts and there are medications to not help in dealing with the depression but also alleviating the physical discomforts.

Your physical heath is often just a reflection of your mental health, so it is perfectly normal to be feeling sick when you are blue.
If you aren't into allopathic medication, go to a psychologist, if you are open to the idea of medication, go to a psychiatrist.
I just started counseling and it works very well.

For stomach relief, drink water otherwise, try drinking ginger, lemon, mint, or raspberry teas.
