How to relieve anger?!


Question: i'm pretty pissed off right now and i've been like it for the couple days. i flung my door so hard that i broke my wall and tons of bad things have been happening to me. what can i do to relieve all this anger?

well... i just go intomy room and calm down

i have a laptop.. SO what i do is like i sit and open a word doc. them i just type away. i let all my anger out saying how much i hate certain ppl. and how much im pissed.. but i feel better after words.. and you dont save it.. so it cant be seen by others..
and it feels good to get my anger out..

or.. i just try to txt my friends.. and i get pissed and i let them no that.. i start my txt off saying how pissed i am.. and they end up making me feel better by saying an inside joke OR! My friend is soo stupid.. like NO joke! and i watch our utube videos.. one on gabbin and the other one thats not on there. and i laugh

orr. ijust sit and cry.. it doesnt hurt to cry.. its a way to get ur anger out.. adn well.. if im that stressed.. i just break down. ill call my friends BALLING MY HEAD OFF! and by the time im off the fone w. them im laughing soooo hard i p my pants! lol .

theres a lot of ways.. just dont show it... ive been stressed out lately.. and i try not to take it out on ppl. like today i had the worst day at school. some girl is mad at me for something stupid.. and i was pissed.. but now.. im better... i talked to my friends about it.. and they all think its gay. and im over it..

it takes time.. but it iwl go away! so dont worry!

What i do is

I go out at night and I set fire to some great public building.

Do you work-out? I've found that physical activity is the best stress reliever out there.
Go to the gym for about an hour each day for 3-5 days a week. You will be so relaxed. Promise =)

Do this in a safe place and clean up after.
Stand about 12-15 feet from a concrete wall, shout out a bunch of expletives, then throw a large glass bottle at the wall. It's amazing how well this works, without hurting people or things that matter.

this might sound retarded, but scream into a pillow. buy a stress toy. don't do any physical damage that could harm you or others.

dude i got the same problem ya need to go some where like a vacation and get away from people for a while that'll help but the reason is depression. you probaly dont fill depressed but go to the doctor he'll tell you the same.

well i have the same problem and i am going to counseling for it and some other stuff too. But anyways you need to get to the root of why you are angry at least that what my counsler says i am still trying to work on mines but maybe you should just talk to someone ............ or you could just be bipolar

pray and meditate 3 times daily...if you feel as though all that aner is getting greater,plese join a gym and workout..visualize and channel all that energy to help you keep fit..
