This happend to my girlfriend after her 4th baby and i never felt so sorry for her, she cried so hard with the pain, She phoned the doc on call one night and told him that if he didnt give her something for the swelling and pain she would be found dead by morning.....She was in so much pain for the first 3 weeks of our sons life that she couldnt even bond with him...He gave her kapake painkillers and cream called serepation or something like that, its similar to preperation H same smell but its got a local anistethic in it and brings down the swelling so that the piles will go back up, Like you she was at the end of her tether and was very, very close to suicide, but after a day of using the cream along with supositries she could finally sit on her bottom and could finally start bonding properly with our little boy....

Im so sorry I cant think of the name, It definaltey starts with an S and is very similiar to prep H...If i get the name before you resolve this Q ill get right back to you k

I have no idea what to suggest, but if you go to hospital it surely can't get any worse than having a baby!!

No illness is embarassing, neither 4 the doc nor 4 the patient. UR suffering unnecessarily. When a doctor sees a patient, it is just a patient 4 him ; that's it.
The surgeon will either get these regressed by giving an injection or remove by surgery. Otherwise, it would keep on getting infected again & again & u would b suffering.

If you are suffering really badly, have the operation- you wont regret it i'm sure. meanwhile, watch your diet, eat things that will help your bowel movements be softer, lots of water, fiber, fruit and vegetables will help.

Let them operate on you cos its a very nasty condition to have. My daughter had a fissure in the back passage which is a tear due to constipation and her having a burst appendix. It was awful for her and agony to go to the toilet. Anyway she had a very small op to mend it and has no problems since, that was 4 years ago. Have an op I know it sound horrid but its not and better than piles. Also take fibrogel every day, itcomes in sachets to make into an orange drink, it really, really helps. Hope you get sorted.

I developed very very bad piles during delivery of my baby. I bathed in salt water, and although it was painful I tried to push them back in. It took 3 months until they went away. Unfortunately, on occasions they come back but not as severe. They will go.

Get them ringed and they will fall off and heal a the same time.
