Question: iv gt told i av anaemia and dat ts vry bad ....
ok i went to the dr's cos ma hair was cuming oot they gt sumeblood from me and they said dat ill gt the reasults bk on the thursday.when the hospital sent em bk straight away(they got em on the monday night nd snt em bk on the tuesda cos it was soo bad) and didnt knw if needed to go in to hospital on the tuesda the said to give me iron tablets so iv ont had em from tuesday ndsaid theyll send me n appointment in 2 weeks. they hav now phoned the day and said iv gotta *** in te morra at 11:00....
is it bad??? can i die????

Yes.
Anemia can cause high output cardiac failure - since your heart is working harder to get enough oxygen to the tissues.
Anyway, anemia is troublesome nonetheless. I have been anemic & it's troubling me that i feel lethargic all the time. Please go for treatment, I have been through it all & I assure you that treatment does makes a whole lot of difference!
By the way, Iron is best absorbed orally. Be aware of the side effects of the treatment & bear with them.

If you have anemia and you have seen a doctor, take the meds they prescribed. That should make you better.
It's very unlikely you'll die from anemia.
you can die if its very bad but you may need iron injections or a transfusion as these work quicker than tablets
yes you can die from severe anemia.
you can bleed to death.
