No, unless you are really interested in throwing your money away. O2 (also known as Oxygen bars) exist in most big citIes around the U.S. - they are all abut making $$$ and nothing about making you more healthy, unless emptying your wallet for no good reason qualifies.
On the other hand, If I were suffering from Emphysema after a lifetime of smoking, or whatever, Medically prescribed Oxygen might help me live longer. One other use of canned Oxygen would be if you were a mountain climber going above 13,000 feet or so, so you can live to tell the tale after besting Mt. Everest.
