do more exercises after work and soon you'll notciemore enegry during the day at least i have experienced this same thing and it works for me

drink a red bull wash your face and do something interesting like play a computer game or watch an internet movie.

I used to have the same problem. I would do deep breathing exercises (in through the nose, out through the mouth) 10 times, then run through some basic yoga (tree, downward dog, etc.). It would relax me and allow me to clear my head so I wasn't thinking about how tired I was. Good luck!

Go into the bathroom for a 5 minute nap. Real refreshing.
Do not eat chocolate or sugar, it won't last 15 minutes.
I use to get up and walk around. Perfect time to visit coworkers or the kitchen for a tall glass of water which will lead you to that bathroom nap!
Don't sit still! You will surely fall asleep and not wake up in 5 minutes!
Cold water on the face is a good idea after your nap. That is, if you're a man and don't wear make up.
I personally like the bathroom nap idea.
