Home recipe for removing earwax plug? must be easy and simple.?!

Question: A very easy and effective way to dissolve earwax (even a painful buildup) is to pour just a little but (try a medicine dropper) of hydrogen peroxide in your ear. Do it with your head tilted nearly flat, and let it sit in the ear for about 10 seconds. Then let it drain. It is best to dry the ear out with either a drop or two of alcohol, or with some toilet paper. It is best to do this sitting down if possible because sometimes liquid against your eardum can make you dizzy. Hope this helps! Good Luck!

Q-Tip.

few drops of alcohol

i need to know too...

2% Hydrogen Peroxide

mix hydrogen peroxide and water in equal amounts, instill it in your ear with a dropper and let it sit for twenty minutes or so, then using an ear bulb syringe, flush out the wax. NEVER put a qtip in your ear, you could puncture your ear drum, or impact the wax further in, and then in would take a doctor to get it out.

get one of those things you use when you have a baby to clean their nose ... a new one please.
add some peroxide to warm water ... fill the nose thing w/ the solution ... tilt your head & squeeze the solution into your ear ... let sit for a couple of seconds & tilt head back ... let solution drain ... repeat, this time with held upright ... you'll need to do this till the plug dislodges.

olive oil from the chemist and some cotton wool warm the oil before, try not to use the cotton buds as they push the wax further in your ear.

hydrogen peroxide.. i use it on my kids all the time...

just a few drops in the ear

My doctor told me that earwax shouldn't be removed manually, but it will just drop out of your ear as a normal process.

HeatherR has it right. There are earwax removal systems for sale OTC but the peroxide bubbles it out ok and is cheaper

peroxide. its what they use in dr.s offices. its also what's in earwax removal kits. so don't waste your money on those.
