start with the just the liquid off the soup and see if you tolerate it, then slowly begin to add solids back into your diet. It is best to follow the BRAT diet when you are sick like that: Bananas, Rice, Applesauce and Toast, and very small amounts until your stomach is able to tolerate the solids.
