Where is the bruise? Is the leg swollen? Most bruises do not require any medical attention. The only time you have to worry is if the bruise keeps spreading (if you are on blood thinners) or if you have any reason to be concerned about a blood clot due to certain medical conditions. Otherwise, you should be fine.
